Tochigi Prefecture (Tochigi-ken) is located in the Kanto region on Honshu
island, Japan. The capital is the city of Utsunomiya. Utsunomiya is famous
for its many delicious gyoza. Nikko ancient Shinto shrines and Buddhist
temples UNESCO has recognized by naming them a World Heritage Site. three
wise monkeys, who hear, speak and see no evil. Tochigi emblem is an abstraction
of Tochi, and the three arrow heads allude to the ancient method of writing
Gi.
