Wakayama Prefecture (Wakayama-ken) is located in the Kinki region on Honshu
island, Japan. The capital is the city of Wakayama. the three outposts
of the Tokugawa family. Koya/Kumano having the ambience of miracle have
been registered to The World Heritage as "Sacred Sites and Pilgrimage
Routes in the Kii Mountain Range, and the Cultural Landscapes that Surround.
Wakayama is famous across Japan for its mikan and umeboshi a type of Japanese
pickle taste very sour and salty.

Wakayama Tree is Ubame oak (Quercus phillyraeoides)
Wakayama Bird is Japanese white-eye (Zosterops japonica)
SGI practice Soka Gakkai's particular form of Nichiren Buddhism. Butsudan
